This is completely open-ended. In general, you will create (a) Google Calendar meetings (at least two) where your whole team can meet and (b) a Google Doc, Sheet and Presentation to get started. You should put the Doc, Sheet and Presentation into a Google folder for easier sharing.

At least two meetings must be scheduled using Google Calendars between Nov. 3 and 27. It is OK if one person cannot make a meeting, but then that person must attend the other meeting(s). Someone should take the lead on making sure meetings are scheduled and everyone attends. Planning meetings is part of the workload. Invite the instructor to the meeting so he knows it was scheduled. | 20 |
Google Sheet to track individual contributions, hours worked, tasks, etc. This is open-ended. Do whatever you think you need to help track and ensure that everyone is contributing. Managing the workload is an important part of the workload. Someone should take the lead on this. | 20 |
Google Doc with ideas and notes to keep them out of your Google Presentation. A major requirement is that your presentation uses technology in some way. The key is that the use of the technology needs to enhance the presentation in some way, i.e., make the presentation more interesting, engaging, accessible, or informational. | 15 |
Google Presentation, which will be the heart of the work. By Nov. 10, you just need an outline and overview slide complete. The draft is due Nov. 17 and the final version is due Nov. 29. This is a 30 minute presentation, so 30 slides is probably too many and 10 slides is too few. | 15 |
